Election safety is not about politics. It is about public safety and preparedness—protecting voters, poll workers, election officials, polling locations, and the integrity of the election process while maintaining a safe, peaceful, and accessible environment.
Chief Breletic will share his law-enforcement experience and practical personal-safety strategies to help poll workers recognize potential concerns, respond appropriately, and understand when and how to involve law enforcement.
The Oglethorpe Police Department is proud to partner with Macon County election officials and fellow law-enforcement agencies in supporting a safe, secure, peaceful, and well-prepared election environment.
Be prepared. Be informed. Stay alert. Work together.
